If you want to reach a user from your contact list who is currently not available, you have two options - send him/her an offline message or leave a voice mail message. Sending a voice mail message is very easy. You can send a voice mail even to a user that is currently online.
How to send a voice mail message:
- Select a name from your contacts list.
- Click on "Send Voice Mail" icon on the right side:
- Record the message – use the
button from the voice mail message window. - If you wish to stop the record – use the
button. - Once you finish recording, you can send the message by using the
button.
Receiving a voice mail message:
When you receive a new voice mail message, the following notification window will be displayed:
In order to review the list with voice mail messages, select the
("Open Voice Mail Browser") button on the right side of the main window.
To download the message(s), you can either use
("Download Voice Mail") or 
("Download All Voice Mails") buttons in the voice mail browser window.
Voice mail message states:
Each voice mail message has one of the following status icons:

The message is downloaded and played. |

The message is downloaded but still not played. |
 |
The message is still not downloaded. |
 |
Preparing to download voice message. |
 |
Waiting to download voice message. |
 |
Downloading voice message. |
The voice mail manager contain the following options:

Play the selected (and downloaded) voice mail message. |
 |
Stop the currently played voice mail message. |

Download the selected voice mail message. |
|
Download all voice mail messages. |
 |
Stop downloading the selected voice mail message. |
 |
Delete the selected voice mail message. |
