Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply for all owners of Brosix Instant Messaging networks.

» Any user, by ordering and/or using the Brosix services agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions described below. Brosix reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

USER is an owner of an Instant Messaging network hosted on Brosix servers.
NETWORK is an Instant Messaging network hosted on Brosix servers and owned by USER.

» Brosix does not, and cannot, monitor, censor or edit the contents exchanged by users in the NETWORK using any of the Brosix features: Text chat messages, Video chat, Voice chat, Whiteboard, Co-Browse and File Transfer. The USER of the NETWORK is responsible for the contents and the consequences of any such messages and materials exchanged in his/her NETWORK.

» USER agrees that he/she is completely responsible for all the materials exchanged through his/her NETWORK. This includes, but is not limited to: send any messages or material that are unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable or illegal material of any kind or nature.

» USER agrees that Brosix is not liable in any way for such materials exchanged in NETWORK.

» USER and the users of his/her NETWORK will not interfere with the operation of any official help boards, chats, or other services, or impede the ability of Brosix employees to perform their duties.

» It is a Brosix's policy to respect the privacy of its users, but USER agrees that this Agreement does not create a reasonable expectation of privacy in the context of user's communications.

» Brosix reserves the right to cease or terminate any NETWORK if it becomes aware and determines, in its sole discretion, that such a NETWORK is violating any of the foregoing guidelines.

» You are responsible for all activity made by you or anyone you allow to use your Brosix network account, including your family or friends. You agree to keep confidential the passwords associated with your account.
