In the past 16 years Brosix has expanded and evolved to deliver better Instant Messaging and Chat experience to businesses all around the world.

We’ve been adding value and benefits in the form of new features, applications and infrastructure. The final result is that team communication by using Brosix is a breeze and improves team performance and productivity.

All this was done with the final goal to help you, our valued customer, in your everyday business.

To allow businesses choose the features they need and not pay excess bills to things they don’t need, 10 years ago we introduced our first set of pricing plans: Basic, Pro and Ultimate. The world of Instant Messaging and Chat applications has been constantly changing in all these years. Over the time we’ve been adding features, value and benefits to the customers on the original pricing plans. At some point we had to implement new pricing plans to reflect the new features and benefits: Business and Premium. As a result we currently have many customers still using our old pricing plans in parallel with customers on the new pricing plans.

The need to discontinue the old pricing plans

The old pricing plans set our infrastructure back and hold us on further improving the service. In order to continue to provide the high quality of the service you are accustomed to, we have to discontinue our old pricing plans. This will allow us to advance the development of the platform and offer you more benefits according to the new era of communication we live now.

Discontinued pricing plans

On October 21, 2022 the plans “Basic”, “Pro” and “Ultimate” will be discontinued. This includes these plans as well as all plans that are derived from them.

All customers on the discontinued plans will be automatically transferred to our Business or Premiium plans. No additional action is required on their part.

Why are you doing this now?

In the past 16 years we have improved the Brosix service a lot. We have added many new features that help you, our valued customer, in your everyday business. During that time we added lots of value and benefits without increasing the prices a dime.

The old pricing plans set our infrastructure back and hold us on further improving the service. In order to continue to provide the high quality of the service you are accustomed to, we have to discontinue our old pricing plans. This will allow us to advance the development of the platform and offer you more benefits according to the new era of communication we live now.

Will prices change again?

In the past 16 years we didn’t change the prices. Some of our customers that signed up 16 years ago still pay the same bill.

With this current upgrade we do not change the prices. The customers on the old plans will be upgraded to the new plans. This will increase their prices and will also bring lots of new benefits and will add value to the service they use.

There are no current plans to change the prices.

How can I reduce the bill with the new plans?

There are several options to control the price you pay for Brosix services:

1. Switch to annual billing. The price for annual billing is 25% lower.

2. Switch to Business plan instead of Premium one. Business plan has also many features, benefits and brings lots of value to your team. You can switch back to Premium at any time.

3. Decrease the number of user licenses you have. If there are user accounts that are not in use, you can delete them. Then you can decrease the number of user licenses you pay.

I’m on an old plan not mentioned here, will my account also upgrade?

If your current plan is based on Basic, Pro or Ultimate plans, yes, your account will be upgraded.

Can I upgrade earlier or later the announced date?

You can upgrade at any time before the annoounced date. To do so, please go to Web Control Panel – Licenses – Update tab.

Upgrading earlier has several benefits to you and your team. The most important is that you’ll get the new benefits and the added value immediately at the time you upgrade.

I still have questions about the upgrade, how do I talk to someone?
