What is Brosix?
Brosix is an instant messaging application specially built for teams, groups, companies and corporations. Your employees will use a top notch chat application on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iPhone, and Web. They will be able to send text messages, send files, start screen-sharing sessions for remote desktop access and support, participate in group chat and many more useful features.
At the same time, you will have full control on their accounts. You can edit their contact lists, you can enable/disable features they can use. All their communication can be recorded on a server and is archived.
Is Brosix secure?
Your team’s privacy and security is our top priority, which is why Brosix encrypts all communication channels. Messages, files, voice and video calls – every channel is encrypted, and we’ve taken measures to make sure no one outside of your team can access any of your data.

Is Brosix cloud based?
Yes, all necessary server components run on the Brosix cloud. We are responsible for everything from operations and upgrades, to maintenance and support, allowing you to focus entirely on your business without worrying about servers.
Is Brosix HIPAA compliant?
Brosix does not process customer health information, so we are not subject to HIPAA. However, Brosix customers who are subject to HIPAA, SAS-70, SSAE 16, HITECH or any other regulation can easily meet their requirements. Find out more information about HIPAA
How do I set up Brosix team network?

with just your email address and basic personal information. For your convenience, we’ve created a tutorial

How to join team network in Brosix?
If you would like to join an already existing Brosix network you can do so in three simple ways:
- With an email invitation from the team administrator
- By being directly added to the network by the team administrator
- By creating a Brosix account and joining the network directly (you will need the network name or ID for this, and this option must be enabled by the administrator beforehand)

Can Brosix users connect to each other outside of their team network?
A Brosix user can communicate only with users in the same team network. Each Brosix user account is fully managed, configured and monitored by the team network administrator.
Are there any limits on the number of employees who can use Brosix?
No, Brosix is an ideal solution for teams of all sizes. You can experience the benefits of Brosix on a team network with as few as 1-2 users, or as many as 10,000. Most importantly, when your business expands you can change the number of users in your team at any time.
Can Brosix connect to other IM applications?
At this time, Brosix can connect to AIM, Google Talk and ICQ.
