Thank you for checking with me about Brosix. I’ve been using it for a while and so far, I’m very happy about it. It has some great features like screenshot and screen sharing. All the features are very easy to access and are working very smoothly. Probably, I will suggest if Brosix can add more markup features in the screenshot, that maybe helpful. I’ve also using the other like Skype. I think Brosix is so far the best communication app I’ve used.

I appreciate having my own private group, being able to have full control over user settings, and the ability to restrict access to unauthorized users. Security has a price, and I am willing to pay for it.
Now Skype allows wiretapping of private communication after Microsoft bought it. I switched to Brosix because it combines the advantages of Skype, ICQ and Viber in one single client. I like that communication is highly secure. I know Brosix from our business partners from the Russian Federation who are already using it.
What I like about your software is all communication is completely encrypted at AES 256 bits. I like the ability of communicating by private networks. Public networks are designed for collecting data about their users, and are largely insecure. I do really enjoy the software, and it has really worked well for me. I have found nothing else that encrypts all communication like Brosix does.

Our company has 20 inside sales people in 5 offices plus 40 outside sales, covering the US western seaboard. For maximum efficiency, our phone system allows call forward and transfer so customers service can be provided from any sales office or our more heavily staffed service center, but we have found inter office phone calls and call transferability is really a “blind” function. We needed an enterprise instant message application that would give our team “visibility” into the other offices with traditional features like Contact Lists and Active / Away.
Brosix however brings additional collaborative functionality like Co-browse, Screen Shot, and History of conversations that are very popular with our staff. You have vastly improved the Brosix system since our subscription began. Version 3 includes a lot of excellent features. Installation and configuration was easy. Great communication speed between the server and client-side program. Easy access to archived chat logs, et cetera…
Your service is one of the best I’ve seen. And the feature I really like is that when a new user is created under our Brosix network, the system automatically adds that new user to everyone’s Contact list. There isn’t any extra work to be done to add a new user to each of the other contacts under the network.
The biggest benefit that we receive from Brosix is actually that it is an exclusive IM, thus there is only our team in there and we don’t get distracted from any outsiders.
You know, if you want to get work done you better switch off Skype and MSN but in Brosix you got the people who are supposed to help you being productive.
A compliment to the Brosix team: I am happy to see features being implemented that solve our actual problems. Last year I wrote you that we can not use Brosix voice and video features because there is no way to set which audio devices should be used (we use USB headsets).
We also don’t use video/audio much on skype because of the distractions that Skype brings but we still use it occasionally. With Brosix now offering the settings we need its just a question of time until we’ll switch to more voice and video which of course will really help our productivity.
